I use tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab2 with Android.
It is very interesting how RealPlayer Cloud will work with this tablet.
I have a Kindle Fire (running version 6.3.2.). When I try to download the RealPlayer app from Amazon I receive the message that the app is not compatible with my device. What should I do to install the app?
It sounds like you are using the 1st generation of Kindle Fire. However, RealPlayer Cloud is now available for the Kindle Fire second generation or later (through the Amazon Appstore). I am sorry for any inconvenience. If you need further assistance, please send an email to help@real.com.

I was able to connect my PC and my laptop. However I’m still getting an error on my kindle.
Sorry for the trouble. In order to troubleshoot this issue effectively, I will need you to provide the following information:
– What were you expecting to see/experience that you aren’t?
– What are you seeing/experiencing that you weren’t expecting?
– Are you connected to wifi or local network?
– Are you on your own wifi network or someone else’s?
– Have you made any changes to your RealPlayer preferences? Confirm what they are.
– Is your local network set with device limitations? (limited number of devices allowed to connect at any one given time)
– What version of RealPlayer is installed?
To find the version:
a. Open the RealPlayer software.
b. From the RealPlayer menu in the upper left, choose “Help” option.
c. Choose “About RealPlayer” inside the “Help” menu. A window opens.
d. Provide the information listed beside “Version” near the top of the “About RealPlayer” window. These numbers indicate the version of RealPlayer currently installed on the computer (i.e. “RealPlayer 16.0.3.51” or “RealPlayer 17.0.9.17”).
The more specific you are, the better I will be able to assist you.
What video formats does Real Player support for direct broadcasting to ChromeCast?
I have an AVI video I couldn’t play directly on my Kindle Fire without uploading to the RealPlayer Cloud to convert.
If your videos are in a different format, or if the video bitrate is higher than 14 mbps, they will need to be uploaded to the Cloud first so we can convert them to a supported format for casting.
To view the supported formats by Chromecast, click this link: https://developers.google.com/cast/supported_media_types
