Please provide us some more information about the problem to assist you further.
I’m going to check out this service. Have you tried http://www.earbits.com? They are kind of like Pandora but they have no commercials and play mostly independent music. It’s pretty much the best place to listen to free music online.
Thanks for sharing!
Hi, My wonderful husband of 46 years recently passed. He asked me to record a CD for him – I promised him I would, but time ran out on us. (I was a professional singer for several years.) There is a song I am particularly fond of, by Engelbert Humperdinck called “How Do I Stop Loving You.” It is available at
Karaoke-version.com and also on YouTube. My problem is that I do not know how to download it and burn it to a CD. Could you please help me? Could you record the CD for me? I, of course, would pay you whatever. I’m not very savvy about computers and explanations just seem to confuse me. I want to place the CD where he now lies and a copy within a Legacy Album I am creating for him. I would be so appreciative.
Sincerely, Grace

This site sucks no offense but I remember back in the day when I could use the real player that already had music on it and it would down load the songs if I liked them and choose them. Something different is going on now at this time. I don’t understand the nation needs it so that we can get music from the the player and not just videos those are hard to put on to cds but if you had it like you used to then people would have 100’s of thousands songs with titles and artists they could choose what they wanted and then they could save it to the computer then eventually go through them again and make all kinds of cds why not now. IF you know a way of doing it then email me I hope you have an answer. SO many of the sites are false and want to charge it should be free. I want to be happy
Some file requires Plus feature to play/convert. Try installing QuickTime/iTunes to enable the necessary codec for RealPlayer to play/convert .mp4 files.
1: QuickTime : http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
or
2: iTunes http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
After installing QuickTime/iTunes, try playing/converting the files through RealPlayer.
If this doesn’t work, please send an email to help@real.com, include a brief description of the issue, copy and paste the link to this thread within the email for further assistance.

Yes. You can download videos from popular web sites like YouTube, Metacafe, DailyMotion, etc and burn them as an audio to an audio CD for free. By default, RealPlayer can play RealAudio, RealVideo, and MPEG files. For a list of supported file types, visit the Media Types page in RealPlayer Help. (http://cache-download.real.com/free/windows/mrkt/help/RealPlayer-16/en/RealPlayer-help.htm#Media_Types.htm) It can also play other media types if the appropriate plug-ins and codecs (compression/decompression systems) are installed.
However, RealPlayer cannot play files that your computer does not recognize. Try installing free codec pack like Klite and QuickTime Player.

Can I transfer stuff from an older version of RealPlayer to the cloud RealPlayer?
Yes. You can import media files from older RealPlayer to RealPlayer Cloud. If you are on the same computer, follow this link to import media files:
http://cache-download.real.com/free/windows/mrkt/help/RealPlayer-Cloud/en/RealPlayer-help.htm#Import_Media_Files.htm
If you are using different PC, you’ll need to transfer the media files to external hard drive or thumb drive first and then import the media files to RealPlayer Cloud.
If you have any additional questions, please send an email to help@real.com
With the latest version of RealPlayer Cloud, you can download music videos and videos but not music.
However, you can convert the downloaded music videos and videos to .mp3 file format. RealPlayer Cloud and previous version respects DRM’s and does not enable you to copy DVD’s and download from the Internet content that is protected by DRM.
First, you need to install RealPlayer Cloud and then enable the RealDowloader plugin for downloading videos. You can download the free RealPlayer Basic software from the following web site:
http://www.real.com/
After installing RealPlayer follow the steps given in the below link to enable the RealPlayer Plugin: https://customer.real.com/entries/23689856
